Given is a diagram illustrating the process by which coffee is produced and made ready for sale in the market.
Prior to the actually processing the coffee, it is necessary for the producer to collect the coffee beans. They are then dried carefully in the sun before workers roasting them.
The quick cooling the beans is the next stage. After this, they are ground into the powder form, followed by being mixed with heated water. Then, the workers strain the mixture to separate the coffee part from the liquid part.
Having frozen the extracted coffee in the cooler, the frozen liquid are then ground again. In the last step, the workers use a vacuum to dry frozen coffee powder. At this point, the evaporation of water occurs.
After the long process of production, the final product is mechanically packed into different jars and ready to be distributed to supermarkets or shops and purchased by consumers.
